At minimum, the following documents are required:
The front and back of your valid government issued photo ID
The most recent two months of business bank statements
The most recent mortgage statement for your primary residence, if you have a mortgage
Entity formation documents:
EIN letter
Secretary of state filing acknowledgement
Signed Operating Agreement (yes, all pages)
If this is a refinance transaction, the following are also needed:
Current lease agreements on the subject property, if yet in existence
The most recent mortgage statement for the subject property
The hazard insurance declarations page
Additional documents may be needed, depending on the scenario. The above are definitely needed!
Please note: Underwriters require the full document trail. If your statement says “Page 1 of 8,” we must have all 8 pages—even if page 8 is just a blank back-page.
